In order to get an overview of errors that have occurred and to process them, employees in charge must regularly navigate through the system and call up the corresponding monitoring without knowing whether errors have actually occurred. This process is tedious and inefficient.

The Monitoring Bot for SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway is an iRPA solution that mimics the simple system actions of the user. Instead of the user, the bot independently navigates through the SAP Ariba system to the Cloud Integration Gateway and can call up an overview of failed transactions.

The bot downloads the information on failed transactions in the form of a zip file and sends it via email to the responsible employee. The employee can then get an overview of the failed transactions by simply opening the file, saving valuable time on a regular basis.
