Approval of Digital Signatures
Signatory powers empower employees to conclude transactions. They often have a limited life span and are usually restricted to projects, areas of responsibility or budgets due to their high security relevance. Requests for new signatory authorizations can only be confirmed by a legally valid signature of authorized users. For these cases, we have developed a solution that includes the following features:

The use of our Fiori-App ensures a significant improvement in process throughput time and the traceability of confirmation procedures. Due to the separate authorization control of our app, every user only sees data relevant to him - this new standard was not possible in the old system and brings further security advantages.
However, SAP Fiori apps can not only be used to modernize processes from the direct SAP environment, but also those that have not been recorded in systems up to now. For example, we were able to transfer the management of drawing authorizations of an international company from an Excel environment to Fiori applications. Our solution covers the entire process from the inquiry to the approval workflow and administration process for the entire group. The advantage: Employees can now access a Fiori app quickly and easily via their launchpad to request and manage their authorizations. Complicated Excel tables and large amounts of data are now a thing of the past.
