Successful implementation of SAP SRM UI5 and the latest Catalog Solution module at Jungheinrich

apsolut convincingly displayed its expertise in the implementation of SAP SRM UI5 and the latest Catalog Solution module at Jungheinrich AG, providing the company with many practical benefits.

Jungheinrich AG, headquartered in Hamburg, is one of the world’s leading companies in intralogistics and offers its customers a coordinated portfolio of forklift trucks, logistics systems and services from a single source. Jungheinrich employs around 15,000 people worldwide and generated an annual revenue of more than EUR 3 billion in 2016.

apsolut supported Jungheinrich alongside the SAP SRM UI5 implementation with the introduction of the latest Catalog Solution module, opening numerous new opportunities for the company: in addition to a better TREX search, files with a size of more than 200 MB can now be uploaded via JSON upload, and job-based, automatic uploads of zipped catalogue files via FTP solution between Mercateo and Jungheinrich is now possible. apsolut and Jungheinrich have jointly developed a solution to cope with non-existing OCI5 compatibility for suppliers using this solution, without the need for manual intervention by the customer.

Thanks to the expertise of apsolut, the project was not only able to meet the time and budget requirements. The customer was also completely satisfied. “We are grateful for the very smooth course of the project and our cooperation with apsolut!” summed up the project-management team Jessica Wilke and Stephan Meier.
